How is the CenterMark assessment different from other career assessments?

The CenterMark assessment stands out from other career assessments in critical ways:

User-Friendly:  CenterMark has multi-choice questions that are easy to follow. It also provides video instructions, color graphics, and models, enhancing the user's experience. The user can even email the results to others, making it a convenient tool for career development.

Affordable: The CenterMark assessment is significantly less expensive than other assessments, including the Myers-Briggs assessment, making it more affordable than MBTI assessments, which can cost times more.

Comprehensive:  Unlike many career assessments that provide a single report, the CenterMark Type Map provides access to all types with profiles on each type. This comprehensive approach is particularly valuable when reviewing close rankings.

Wide-Ranging Content: CenterMark stands out with its extensive content, coaching, persuasion, and communication tips for each type. Its uniqueness includes providing access to over 1,500 printable pages.

Detailed Insights for Career Exploration: While many career assessments concentrate on general personality traits, CenterMark emphasizes factors directly relevant to the workplace. CenterMark provides detailed insights into an individual's unique characteristics, potential contributions to an organization, and successful career paths based on their personality type. This level of specificity can be invaluable for career exploration, identifying potential career fits, and guiding career development decisions.

Validated for Reliability and Bias: The CenterMark assessment has undergone an independent review for validity and reliability. It meets industry standards for adequacy of items, theoretical framework, discriminant separation, stability over time, convergence and divergence of behavior scales, and measuring theoretical constructs without bias across ethnicity, gender, or generational groups.
